Newcrom AH is a mixed-mode analytical column with negatively-charged acidic ion-pairing groups at the terminal end of short ligand chains.
- Improves retention of weak basic compounds by cation-exchange mechanism
- Improves retention of multi-charged compounds
- Separates acids by ion-exclusion mechanism
- Low buffer concentration needed to generate efficient ion-exchange
- Retains neutral compounds by reverse-phase mechanism
