- Dynamic Loading with Mg²⁺: The column is dynamically loaded with a doubly charged positive ion (Mg²⁺), which, in the presence of an organic modifier in the mobile phase, creates a bridge between the negatively charged stationary phase and the negatively charged oligonucleotides.
- Mobile Phase: Operates effectively with only H₂O/MeCN in the mobile phase.
