SIELC Technologies was founded in 2002 with a mission to provide the world with cutting-edge and high-quality solutions for High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). We take pride in developing innovative technologies that are now used by laboratories and scientific institutions worldwide. Our top priority is the success of our customers. We create products that simplify workflows, enhance analytical accuracy, and improve laboratory efficiency.

We are developers of innovative solutions—we have our own production facilities and R&D laboratories, we have an instrumentation engineering division, and a team of IT specialists. This allows us to not only develop but also rapidly implement advanced technologies, improving manufacturing processes and creating user-friendly software for analytical laboratories.

Since its inception, SIELC Technologies has developed over 40 unique HPLC columns phases, including the recent innovations such as OligoMg, Lipak, and BIST™, PEI .

SIELC holds 17 patents for unique liquid chromatography solutions, including analytical methods and process automation systems. These technologies allow us to offer customers unique solutions in many challenging tasks.

Global presence

Today, SIELC Technologies has more than 20 distributors in Europe, America, Asia, as well as partners in the Middle East and Australia. This enables us to quickly and efficiently serve customers worldwide, providing cutting-edge chromatographic solutions.

Column manufacturing facility & Laboratories

Column production

SIELC produces a variety of HPLC columns from capillary to preparative sizes. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility allows packing all types of columns with quick turnaround time. All the columns are produced in proprietary hardware that SIELC developed and is currently manufacturing (US Patent #US7125489B2).

The chemical synthetic part of production operates with up to kg scale of silica modification and is equipped with all required analytical instrumentation for silica gel testing. All stages of production are computer-controlled with proprietary software that provides cloud-based access to all the data, orders, and manufacturing stages for each item.

Quality Control (QC) Laboratory

Our Quality Control (QC) Laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and operates with our QC software  to ensure the highest quality of all our products. SIELC maintains strict quality standards at every stage of production. Every product undergoes a multi-level quality control process to guarantee reliability and reproducibility of our products.

Research & Development (R&D) Laboratory

At SIELC Technologies, our Research and Development Laboratory is the driving force behind our innovative chromatography solutions. We specialize in both HPLC method development and new column development, ensuring that scientists and researchers have the best tools to tackle even the most complex separations.

Our work focuses on:

• HPLC Method Screening – SIELC provides free method development, screening, and optimization for all customers. All our methods are designed and tested using our own advanced HPLC columns, providing customers with application-ready solutions tailored to their needs. Practically all challenging separations for customers will be resolved and optimized for the next step in HPLC method adaptation.
• New Column Development – When the existing column set does not provide successful separation, we embark on developing new stationary phases. We engineer cutting-edge stationary phases to enhance chromatographic selectivity, efficiency, and versatility. By continuously developing new column chemistries, we expand the capabilities of modern liquid chromatography.

  Instrumentation production & Development

  SIELC Technologies, Inc. within the Newcrom program has developed a line of instrumentation for chemical analysis and lab automation. The instrumentation products include analyzers based on HPLC technology, lab automation products, UV/Vis detectors, high pressure pumps and high pressure switching valves.

  

  Instrumentation production department

  Our instrumentation department specializes in development manufacturing and testing analytical instrumentation, including the Alltesta™ and Cromite™ systems. We utilize modern manufacturing capabilities and rigorous quality control. We also provide custom solutions for customers looking for new analytical settings. Our OEM manufacturing is a practical solution for our customers to speed up product development.

  • Engineering division

    Our engineering division designs mechanical and electronic components of SIELC equipment. We focus on creating reliable, durable, and innovative solutions. The department constantly works on designing new components and modules, and improving existing products or tailoring a custom solution for our customers.

  IT Team

  Digital technologies play a crucial role in the evolution of modern laboratory equipment. We pioneered the development of cloud-based software for control of laboratory equipment and data collection and analysis. Creating intuitive web interfaces and software that simplify the analytical work, remote access, and team collaboration.
