BIST B+ is a positively charged silica-based anion-exchange column with hydrophilic properties. Compatible with LC-MS and preparative chromatography. BIST B+ provides more retention at similar conditions for positively charged molecules if compared to BIST B. Alternatively, it can be used with lower concentration of the organic modifier in the mobile phase to achieve results comparable to BIST B.
BIST™ (Bridge Ion Separation Technique) is an LC separation technique that expands the scope of HPLC applications, especially for compounds with multiple negative charges. BIST™ is a simple way to achieve retention and elution plus an effective separation that are traditionally difficult or impossible to achieve with any other HPLC columns.
