Chromni™’s stationary phase integrates in a single ligand hydrophobic, polar, and ionizable functionalities in a carefully balanced chemistry. This allows one column to switch between separation modes simply by adjusting the mobile phase:

  • Aqueous-organic mobile phases → Hydrophobic retention (Reversed-phase)
  • High-organic conditions → Polar retention (HILIC)
  • Buffered ionic modifiers → Ion-exchange / Ion-exclusion
