HPLC Method for Analysis of Sodium Selenate on Chromni Column by SIELC Technologies
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Sodium Selenate.
Sodium Selenate is an inorganic compound with the formula Na2SeO4. It is used primarily as an ingredient in livestock feed multivitamins to increase selenium intake. Selenium produces a red hue in glass, while Sodium Selenate is often used as a decolorizing agent. It iss also a common ingredient in pesticides.
Sodium Selenate can be retained and analyzed using the Chromni stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes an isocratic method with a simple mobile phase consisting of water and acetonitrile (MeCN). Detection is performed using ELSD.
