1. Analytical Chemist
With the recent launch of a new analytical instrumentation product line, we are seeking a chemist with a degree in analytical chemistry, preferably with a focus on chromatography, to provide product support and directly communicate with customers. This mid-level position comes with merit-based training to prepare for an expanded role, progressing at the candidate’s own pace.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Assisting customers with their problems and/or guiding them in their tasks.
– Engaging with customers and soliciting their feedback.
– Implementing or modifying, as necessary, existing and published methods.
– Testing implementations and creating guides for customers.
– Working with a group of scientists and engineers to develop procedures for particular applications.
– Conducting scientific literature searches to find existing technology applicable to the project.
– Presenting seminars and demonstrations.
– Coordinating demonstrations of the equipment.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for driven individuals who can be trained in our company’s exclusive technology, learn our innovative product, and later communicate and coach our customers. A solid understanding of general analytical chemistry is required. Hands-on experience in analytical instrumentation is a plus, as are mechanically inclined skills. The ideal candidate should understand general analytical and some organic chemistry, be a quick learner, have good communication skills, and be self-driven. Recent graduates are welcome.

2. Marketing and Sale
With the recent launch of a new analytical instrumentation product line we are looking for a sales/marketing person with a degree in any technical field in addition to ability to do marketing and sales via education or experience. This includes creating a product marketing program and sales related activities.
We will provide all necessary training to prepare for the role. This training will be merit-based and progress at the candidate’s own pace.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Reach potential customers
- Help customers with their problems or/and guide them in their tasks
- Talk to the customers and solicit their feedback
- Implement or modify, if needed, existing web presence
- Test your implementation and create a guide for customers
- Work with contractors to develop new marketing material
- Do analysis of the results and modify existing marketing program
- Organize presentations and seminars
- Arrange and coordinate demonstration of the equipment

3. Electrical Engineer
SIELC is looking for an electrical engineer for a permanent position. We need an enthusiastic, self motivated, knowledgeable person with a BS or MS Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering. The project is already in the late stage of development and early stage of production with a significant portion of electrical components developed, assembled and tested.
Responsibilities and skills:
– Overlook entire electronic PCB development and production,
– Work in a team with software and mechanical engineers to bring the project to full production,
– To be able to modify an existing PCB to improve its performance or components change requirements,
– Provide documentation and setup for third party high volume production,
– Be able to create electronic schematic if needed according to specification including analog and digital components,
– Be able to create board layout with required number of layers,
– Be able to assemble prototype PCB with surface mounting components,
– Ability to write an embedded software,
– General knowledge of physics and mechanics is a plus.

4. Mechanical Engineer
SIELC Technologies is a fast-growing company specializing in high-tech chemical analysis. SIELC has an opening for an experienced Mechanical Engineer or mechanically inclined person for high-tech instrumentation development and production.
Position requires mechanical design of small mechanical components with a significant portion dedicated to assembling and testing of working prototypes, refining of existing design, troubleshooting. After some training, you must be capable of independent work on the last stage of design and small volume production. The selected candidate will be part of a technical team responsible for the innovation of new products.

Engineer’s qualifications:

5. R&D Organic Synthetic Chemist
SIELC Technologies is a fast-growing company specializing in high-tech chemical analysis. SIELC has an opening for a Research & Development Synthetic Organic Chemist. The selected candidate will be part of a technical team responsible for the innovation of new products.
Responsibilities:
Lead development work on new molecules and improve the process of earlier developed syntheses for the R & D part of the company. Develop project routes and test synthetic options. Need flexibility in thought processes, quickly adapting to the needs of each project. Collaborate with technology leaders to develop, enhance, and present value propositions for specifically targeted products.
Job Requirements:
Design new chemical entities, interpret spectra, analyze data, and document results. Activities will include the design, synthesis & characterization of a wide range of materials, typically small molecules, mostly silanes related to liquid chromatography.
Working knowledge of GC, HPLC, FTIR, GC/MS, NMR, DSC, and TGA is required. Develop initial process flow diagrams and raw material cost estimates for new materials. Troubleshoot lab equipment & resolve issues. Coordinate service work that includes external contract laboratories as needed.
Maintain current awareness of the chemical literature.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented, self-starter, with a strong desire to perform non-routine hands-on lab work. The ability to work closely with other team members is required. Simple mechanical aptitude is important.
Qualifications:
Required: Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form. Ability to work efficiently on a multi-disciplinary team Demonstrated ability to maintain clear and timely laboratory records. Ability to learn new chemistry and applications requirements quickly. Strong knowledge of structure-property relationships in small organic molecules. 6. Lead Full-Stack Software Architect
Job Duties
Works on Cloud web service by designing and implementing a software architecture for chromatography and other scientific equipment. Performs the following: selects a technology stack; designs and configures infrastructure; selects a development toolkit (IDE, etc.); designs and implements a database design; improves and optimizes the application architecture that ensures scalability of the application and infrastructure; sets up a streamlined deployment pipeline and plans software releases. Writes programs on C, Java, and Kotlin for scientific equipment hardware. Writes server code on Java for ERP system. Writes code on Python for high load web-server and designs UI and writes code in JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS for Cloud single page web application.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Science and Engineering and 4 years of experience in job offered or as Software Engineer or Architect. Will accept any job title if experience includes full-time programming experience with Java, Kotlin, JS, C, C++, DigitalOcean, Git, Jira, Pipelines. Must have 3 years of experience with Java or Kotlin; 3 years of client-server architecture design; and 1 year of experience with C or C++. Experience can be concurrent.

7. Senior Software Engineer
Job Duties
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve the software (front end and back end) of the Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP) that is used for chromatography columns production and quality control including: follow software design development standards and take part in code reviews; ensure responsiveness of applications and develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems; effectively diagnose issues and provide prompt resolutions; support and troubleshoot production issues; analyze current code and existing design with the goal of enacting improvements; upgrade legacy platform into current technology; provide innovative solutions to complex business problems; maintain clear, concise communications between team members.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s in Computer Science and 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer through whole software development cycle that includes OOP principles, Scrum/Agile technologies, microservice technologies, Android and device management systems development. Any experience must include (can be concurrent): 2 years of Java experience (Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring core, Spring Security, Spring data) and 2 years of experience with UI technologies (HTML, CSS, ES6/ES5, TypeScript, React, Redux, Angular 4+). Responsibilities
The chemist will be responsible for providing product support and developing new applications
related to the field of chromatography and other analytical instrumentation techniques.
● Work with a group of engineers and scientists to develop a new analytical methodology.
● Conduct scientific literature searches to find existing technology applicable to the project.
● Implement or modify existing and published methods if needed.
● Test implementation and create a guide for customers.
● Look for new areas of applications and talk to customers to find their needs.
● Troubleshoot existing procedures.

Qualifications
