Newcrom BH is a mixed-mode analytical column with positively-charged basic ion-pairing groups at the terminal end of short ligand chains.
- Improves retention of weak acidic compounds by anion-exchange mechanism
- Improves retention of multi-charged compounds
- Separates bases by ion-exclusion mechanism
- Retains neutral compounds by reverse-phase mechanism
- Low buffer concentration needed to generate efficient ion-exchange
- All mobile phases are LC-MS and preparative chromatography compatible
