BIST AC is a silica-based cation-exchange column (negatively-charged surface) with hydrophilic properties. Compatible with LC-MS and preparative chromatography.
BIST AC is specifically developed for separation of oligonucleotides. It provides alternative separation conditions, selectivity and mobile phase if compared with traditionally used reverse phase and ion-exchange separation of oligonucleotides.
