BIST A+ is a silica-based cation-exchange column (negatively-charged surface) with hydrophilic properties. Compatible with LC-MS and preparative chromatography. BIST A+ provides more retention at similar conditions for negatively charged molecules if compared to BIST A. Alternatively, it can be used with lower concentration of the organic modifier in the mobile phase in order to get the same result as BIST A.
BIST™ (Bridge Ion Separation Technique) is an LC separation technique that expands the scope of HPLC applications, especially for compounds with multiple negative charges. BIST™ is a simple way to achieve retention and elution plus an effective separation that are traditionally difficult or impossible to achieve with any other HPLC columns.
