BIST B is a positively charged silica-based anion-exchange column with hydrophilic properties. Compatible with LC-MS and preparative chromatography. It is the preferred column when molecules with a very high number of positive charges need to be analyzed. Examples of such compounds are polyimine, polylysine, glucosamines.
BIST™ (Bridge Ion Separation Technique) is an LC separation technique that expands the scope of HPLC applications, especially for compounds with multiple negative charges. BIST™ is a simple way to achieve retention and elution plus an effective separation that are traditionally difficult or impossible to achieve with any other HPLC columns.
