Alltesta™ Automated Swab System is a specialized device designed for precise and reproducible load of calibration solutions onto swabs used in security screening and trace detection analytical instruments. The system is intended for the preparation of standardized swab samples used in calibration, sensitivity verification, and validation of security equipment.
The system automatically applies a precisely controlled volume of calibration solution directly onto a swab placed in a fixed holder, ensuring stable and repeatable conditions for monitoring the performance of detection systems.

• The system is available in a standard configuration and can be fully customized for OEM and integrator-specific requirements. This flexibility applies in two key areas. First, the hardware offers various options, including valve configurations, tray designs, syringe volumes, needle length, and support for different vial volumes and swab types. Second, the software provides full operational control over every module of the Automated Swab System. Additionally, full software integration support is available for qualified customers
