HPLC Method for Analysis of Chromium(III) on Chromni Column by SIELC Technologies
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Chromium(III).
Chromium(III) is a nutrient with the chemical formula Cr3+. It is believed to be essential for human metabolism of insulin, sugar, and lipids. Though, the notion is currently contested. It can be found naturally in rocks, soil, plants, as well as various animal products.
Chromium(III) can be retained and analyzed using the Chromni stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes an isocraticmethod with a simple mobile phase consisting of water and acetonitrile (MeCN) and TFA. Detection is performed using ELSD.
