ELSD HPLC Method for Analysis of Sucrose Stearate on Chromni Column

HPLC Method for Analysis of Sucrose Stearate on Chromni Column by SIELC Technologies

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Sucrose Stearate.

Sucrose Stearate is a sugar ester with the chemical formula C30H58O13. It is used primarily as an emulsifier and moisturizer in lotions, creams, and cleansers.

Sucrose Stearate can be retained and analyzed using the Chromni stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes a gradient method with a simple mobile phase consisting of ethanol and acetonitrile (MeCN). Detection is performed using ELSD.
