High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Carbocisteine, S-(Carboxymethyl)-L-cysteine.

Carbocisteine, or carbocysteine, is a drug designed to clear the mucus from the upper and lower airways. It’s primarily available in tablet form. It can be retained on a Primesep 100 Column in about 5 minutes. Primesep 100 is a reverse-phase (RP) mixed-mode column with embedded acidic ion-pairing groups.
