HPLC Method for Nebivolol Analysis in Bystolic Tablet Dosage Form on Primesep SB Column

Separation type: Liquid Chromatography Mixed-mode

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Nebivolol.

Nebivolol is used to treat high blood pressure. Nebivolol can be retained in HPLC on Primesep SB reverse-phase (RP) mixed-mode column with embedded strong basic ion-pairing groups, using an isocratic analytical method with a simple mobile phase of water, acetonitrile (MeCN, ACN), and sulphuric acid (H2SO4) buffer. UV detection at 285 nm.

Condition

Column Primesep SB, 4.6×150 mm, 3 µm, 100A
Mobile Phase MeCN/H2O – 25/75%
Buffer H2SO4 – 0.1%
Flow Rate 1.0 ml/min
Detection UV 285 nm
