HPLC Determination of Ractopamine on Primesep 100 Column

HPLC Method for Ractopamine hydrochloride on Primesep 100 by SIELC Technologies

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Ractopamine hydrochloride.

Ractopamine is a livestock feed additive designed to promote muscle synthesis and leanness. It is banned in many countries, excluding the US, Canada and Mexico. It can be retained on a Primesep 100 Column in about 7 minutes. Primesep 100 is a reverse-phase (RP) mixed-mode column with embedded acidic ion-pairing groups.
