HPLC Method for Analysis of Angiotensin II on Chromni Column

HPLC Method for (Compound not found) on (Column not found) by SIELC Technologies

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of (Compound not found)

Angiotensin II is a peptide hormone with the chemical formula C50H71N13O12. It is said to exhibit endocrine, autocrine/paracrine, and intracrine functions. Within the proximal tubules of the kidney, it regulates water and Na+ reabsorption. Synthetic version of the peptide is used to treat hypotension caused by distributive shock.

(Compound not found) is analyzed using a Chromni stationary phase column under gradient conditions with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile (MeCN) and water. Detection is performed by UV absorbance detection.

Column(Column variation not found)
Mobile PhaseMeCN/H2O- 80/20 – 60/40%
BufferH2SO4 – 0.2%
Flow Rate1.0 ml/min
DetectionUV 200 nm, UV 280 nm
Limit of Detection*200 nm – 27.5 ppb, 280 nm – 222.4 ppb
*LOD was determined for this combination of instrument, method, and analyte, and it can vary from one laboratory to another even when the same general type of analysis is being performed.
