HPLC Chiral Method for Analysis of 1-pyridin-3-yl-ethylamine Enantiomers on Cyralis Screening Kit Column by SIELC Technologies
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of 1-pyridin-3-yl-ethylamine.
1-pyridin-3-yl-ethylamine has the chemical formula C7H10N2. You can find detailed UV spectra of 1-pyridin-3-yl-ethylamine and information about its various lambda maxima by visiting the following link.
This application describes a normal-phase chiral HPLC method for the separation of 1-pyridin-3-yl-ethylamine enantiomers using SIELC’s Cyralis nonporous chiral columns. The nonporous kit is a collection of AL, CL, AM and CM nonporous phases designed for ultrafast enantiomeric separations, optical purity testing, chiral impurity analysis, and stereoisomer characterization in pharmaceutical, chemical, agrochemical, and fine chemical applications. For best results, the sample should be prepared fresh for analysis. These nonporous applications are designed to demonstrate baseline resolution of certain racemates even on very short, low-capacity columns.
1-pyridin-3-yl-ethylamine can be retained and analyzed using the Cyralis Screening Kit stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes an isocratic method with a mobile phase consisting of hexane, IPA, and DEA. Detection is performed using UV.
