Suzetrigine is a selective NaV1.8 sodium channel inhibitor designed for pain management. By targeting peripheral sensory neurons, it reduces pain transmission while minimizing central nervous system effects. Its unique selectivity and novel mechanism make it a valuable compound for pharmaceutical research and development.

Suzetrigine can be retained and analyzed using the Primesep B stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes an isocratic method with a simple mobile phase consisting of water, acetonitrile (MeCN), and sulfuric acid. Detection is performed using UV at 250 nm.
