HPLC Method for Naphthalene on Chromni™ by SIELC Technologies

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Naphthalene

Naphthalene is a hydrocarbon with the molecular formula C10H8.

Properties:
Appearance: Typically white crystals.

Molecular weight: ~128.1705 g/mol

Solubility: Soluble in organic solvents.

Uses: Production of PVC and chemical synthesis.

Naphthalene can be retained and analyzed using the Chromni™ stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes an isocratic method with a simple mobile phase consisting of water, acetonitrile (MeCN). Detection is performed using UV.
