HPLC Method for Ubrogepant on Newcrom R1 by SIELC Technologies
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Ubrogepant.
Ubrogepant, also known as Ubrelvy®, is a newly discovered, calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor (CGPR) antagonist with the chemical formula C29H26F3N5O3. It is used for the acute treatment of migraine headaches. It is the first Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor antagonist approved for the acute treatment of migraine.
Ubrogepant can be retained and analyzed using the Newcrom R1 stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes an isocratic method with a simple mobile phase consisting of water and acetonitrile (MeCN) with a sulfuric acid buffer. Detection is performed using UV.
