Separation type: Liquid Chromatography Mixed-mode
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method of N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine.
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is the N-acetyl derivative of the naturally occurring amino acid L-cysteine. It can be retained on Primesep SB, a reverse-phase (RP) mixed-mode column with embedded strong basic ion-pairing groups, using an isocratic analytical method with a simple mobile phase of water, acetonitrile (MeCN, ACN), and phosphoric acid (H3PO4) buffer. UV detection at 200 nm.
