We have established that your compound is a hydrophobic weak acid. Below is an example of a separation of a similar compound. This example can be used a starting condition in your method development.

Hydrophobic acidic compounds can be analyzed by any Primesep column. Anion-exchange columns (Primesep 100, 200, P, C, A) provide good peak shape and efficiency due to charge repulsion phenomena since both analyte and column surfaces have the same negative charge. Both the analyte and surface can be neutral depending on pH of the mobile phase. Anion exchange columns (Primesep D, B2) can also be used. They increase retention and would usually require a higher buffer concentration, especially at a pH over 4 where weak acidic analytes are ionized.
