Alltesta™ Mini Autosampler

The Alltesta™ Mini-Autosampler, developed by SIELC Technologies, this system offers a cost-effective solution for automated liquid sample handling, particularly in environments like HPLC. Moreover, its compact design and customizable features—such as a small footprint, flexible configurations, and sample mixing capabilities—make it ideal for space-limited areas and mobile settings. Additionally, custom options include a metal-free liquid path, reagent addition, varied valve configurations, different syringe pump capacities, and tray setups for 48 vials or 96/384 well plates.

The Alltesta™ Mini-Autosampler is highly precise and versatile, suitable for both routine and complex analyses. It’s essential in modern labs and analytical settings, offering reliable, efficient sample handling. This tool can accommodate a wide range of applications, from routine tests to specialized analyses, making it an invaluable asset for labs requiring efficiency and high accuracy in sample handling.

Software options:

  • The autosampler is controlled through a set of serial commands. Moreover, an open and comprehensive protocol is available for customers who wish to develop their own control software.
  • Adapt the Alltesta™ Mini-Autosampler to your specific requirements with its highly flexible design. This flexibility applies in two key areas. First, the hardware offers various options, including valve configurations, tray designs, syringe volumes, needle length, and different vial types and volumes. Second, the software provides full operational control over every module of the autosampler. Additionally, full software integration support is available for qualified customers.

Unique Key Features:

  • Built-In Shaking Feature: Insure sample homogeneity with sample mixing before injection; or do sample extraction directly within the vial; or efficiently quench the sample with a quench reagent precisely delivered by the pump to the vial.
  • Compact Design: Save valuable bench space without compromising performance. Can be used in compact mobile applications without adding too much weight.
  • Direct Control: Achieve seamless integration with your existing systems through serial commands, with a comprehensive command library provided, allowing you to easily manage and automate liquid sample handling to enhance your laboratory operations.
  • OEM Customization: Adapt the Alltesta™ Mini-Autosampler to your specific system with options for custom shapes, colors, and vial sizes.

Versatile Capabilities applicable to different applications. Some examples include:

  • Fraction collection: With a simple software modification, the Alltesta™ Mini-Autosampler can also function as a fraction collector. As a result, fractions can be individually collected in designated vials.
  • Reactor probe sampling: With a simple software modification, this small autosampler can quickly be converted into a reactor probe sampler, making it more versatile.
  • Consecutive feeding different samples to a detector: In many situations, spectrometers like NMR and MS need to be loaded periodically with a series of samples, ensuring minimal distance from the sample to the detector. Thanks to its compact design, the Mini-Autosampler can be placed close to the measuring cell, which significantly reduces sample spreading and measurement delay.
  • Reagent addition and sampling dilution: Integrated reagent and sampling dilution and mixing capabilities allow for preparing samples for the next step in the analytical workflow.
  • Loading of fluidic devices: Furthermore, this mini-autosampler application allows users to automate sample storage and delivery to a microfluidic device (chip). With user-adjustable precision, an accurate sample volume can be delivered to a line connected to the chip.
  • Sequential Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (seqFISH+): In addition, this mini-autosampler application enables automated RNA fluorescent marker delivery to a Sequential Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (seqFISH+) system. Moreover, it provides access to multiple buffers, ensuring accurate fluorescence and optimal piping conditions.

This miniature autosampler can also be used as a component of our Alltesta™ Analyzers.
